NJP / Bagdogra – Sittong
Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, guests will be received and driven towards Sittong, a serene Himalayan village known for its orange orchards and natural beauty. En route, guests will visit Ahaldara View Point, offering panoramic views of the Teesta Valley, followed by Namthing Lake, a peaceful natural lake surrounded by greenery. The journey continues to Lepcha Monastery, a quiet spiritual site reflecting the local culture, and Jogi Ghat Bridge, known for its scenic surroundings. Guests will also pass through Mongpu, a charming hillside town associated with Rabindranath Tagore. Upon arrival at Sittong, guests will check in to the homestay and relax amidst nature. Overnight stay at the Sittong Homestay.
Sittong – Darjeeling (via Tea Estates)
After breakfast, guests will check out from the homestay and begin their journey towards Darjeeling. En route, they will visit the beautiful Mahalderam Tea Estate and the scenic Bagora Pine Forest, both known for lush greenery and peaceful surroundings. After sightseeing, guests will proceed to Darjeeling, check in to the hotel, and relax. The evening is free for leisure or a short walk around the Mall Road. Overnight stay at the Darjeeling hotel.
Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, guests will head out for a full day of Darjeeling local sightseeing.
