Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and the company Travel My Sikkim.
USER AGREEMENT – Travel My Sikkim

This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Travel My Sikkim (hereinafter referred to as "Travel My Sikkim") provides services to individuals (hereinafter referred to as "the User") who intend to purchase and/or avail services offered by Travel My Sikkim.

Users availing services from Travel My Sikkim are deemed to have read, understood, and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement. These terms shall govern all transactions and services provided and shall be legally binding on the User. All rights and liabilities of the User and/or Travel My Sikkim in relation to any services shall be limited strictly to the scope of this agreement.
Terms & Conditions
- The User acknowledges that in exceptional circumstances, confirmed bookings may not be fulfilled due to unforeseen events such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, regulatory actions, technical issues, or other force majeure situations. In such cases, Travel My Sikkim acts solely as a booking facilitator and shall bear no responsibility. The User must directly contact the respective service provider for resolution or refund.
- In the event of any technical or operational failure on the part of Travel My Sikkim, the promised services may be modified or become unavailable. In such situations, the User shall be refunded the amount paid, subject to applicable deductions. Upon completion of the refund, Travel My Sikkim shall have no further liability, and any additional expenses incurred shall be borne solely by the User.
- Travel My Sikkim shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures in service arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political disturbances, government regulations, or disruptions by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, or transport operators.
- Under all circumstances, the maximum liability of Travel My Sikkim shall be limited to the refund of the amount received for the affected service, after deducting applicable charges. No compensation shall be provided for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
User Agreement
- The User agrees that all services facilitated through Travel My Sikkim—including accommodation, eco-stays, and transportation—are provided by independent third-party service providers. Travel My Sikkim shall not be liable for the quality, delivery, or performance of such services. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the respective service provider.
- Travel My Sikkim facilitates hotel bookings strictly on an "as-is, where-is" basis. While efforts are made to associate with reputed service providers, Travel My Sikkim does not guarantee the quality, standards, or satisfaction of services rendered by hoteliers. Any failure on the part of the hotelier must be addressed directly with them, as Travel My Sikkim shall not be liable for such deficiencies.
- Users are advised to review and comply with the terms, guidelines, and operational policies of the respective service providers engaged through Travel My Sikkim.
- In the event of a "no show" by the User at the hotel, the full booking amount shall be charged, and no refund shall be provided.
- In the event of any damage to hotel property caused by the actions or negligence of the User, the User agrees to fully compensate the hotel for all resulting losses or expenses.
- The term "hotel" includes all forms of paid overnight accommodation, such as hotels, motels, resorts, guest houses, eco-resorts, bungalows, homestays, and associated facilities including swimming pools, restaurants, gyms, and similar amenities.
- The User authorizes Travel My Sikkim to contact them periodically with promotional offers, updates, or information via email, phone calls, SMS, or other communication methods. Travel My Sikkim may also use the User's contact details as a reference for prospective customers from similar regions. Users may opt out of such communications by notifying Travel My Sikkim in writing.
- Travel My Sikkim may provide content including articles, images, videos, audio, graphics, or other materials protected by intellectual property laws. The User agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, or use such content without prior written consent from Travel My Sikkim.
- Travel My Sikkim reserves the absolute right to refuse or decline any customer order at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
- A service contract with Travel My Sikkim shall be deemed complete only upon receipt and acceptance of full payment. All charges must be paid in advance, and services cannot be availed on credit. If full payment is not received, Travel My Sikkim reserves the right to withhold, limit, or discontinue services partially or entirely. For payments made via banks or third-party platforms, the actual date and time of receipt by Travel My Sikkim shall be considered the effective payment date. Travel My Sikkim shall not be liable for delays caused by intermediaries.
- If any payment remains outstanding, Travel My Sikkim reserves the right to recover the due amount through legal means, if required.
- The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information while requesting services. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information shall result in immediate cancellation of the agreement and denial of future services.
- Travel My Sikkim disclaims all implied warranties except those required under applicable law. All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gangtok, Sikkim, India.
- Any request related to refund, cancellation, dispute, complaint, or settlement must be submitted to Travel My Sikkim in writing within 60 days from the date of service. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and Travel My Sikkim. Requests submitted after 60 days shall not be entertained.
- Travel My Sikkim assists Users in booking transportation services with third-party providers. Travel My Sikkim does not own or operate any vehicles and shall not be liable for delays, accidents, vehicle condition, or loss of personal belongings. Responsibility lies solely with the transport provider. Travel My Sikkim may assist by sharing contact details but shall not be held accountable for transportation-related issues.
- Travel My Sikkim acts solely as a facilitator connecting Users with independent service providers. It does not manage or control these services and shall not be responsible for any dissatisfaction, inconvenience, or loss—direct or indirect—arising from their services. Travel My Sikkim remains available to guide Users toward appropriate resolution channels.

Rules for Guests – Travel My Sikkim
- In accordance with Government of India security regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued identity proof at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals are required to carry a valid passport. Guests are requested to ensure they have the necessary documents with them.
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times and must not cause any disturbance or inconvenience to the host or neighbouring residents. The host reserves the right to deny entry to any guest without assigning a reason.
- The standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon, and the check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted at the discretion of the host and may be subject to additional charges.
- Please note that room service is not available at eco-resorts.
- Each child must carry valid age proof. In the absence of age verification, the host reserves the right to consider the child under the senior age category, which may attract additional charges.
- All guests must carry both the original and a photocopy of their government-issued identity proof. Children may carry a valid school identity card.
- Meals will be served strictly as per the fixed menu. Any additional food requests must be placed at least three (3) hours in advance. Charges for extra food or additional services must be cleared prior to checkout.
- Guests are advised to lock their rooms, doors, and windows when not inside. The management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are requested to take proper care of their valuables.
- Guests are requested to maintain silence and avoid loud behaviour. Shouting, playing loud music, blowing horns, or creating any form of noise disturbance is strictly prohibited.
- Fire safety must be strictly observed. Guests are not permitted to light fires, discard burning matches, cigarettes, or similar items. Smoking inside rooms is prohibited in most properties. Guests must consult the host before smoking anywhere on the premises.
- Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and avoid littering plastic, paper, or any waste in and around the property.
- Hunting, damaging, collecting, or removing any forest produce is strictly prohibited.
- If additional persons accompany the group beyond what is mentioned in the confirmed voucher, the host may choose to accommodate them at their discretion. Any additional charges for extra guests must be paid on the spot.
- The stay property shall levy applicable Luxury Tax on room tariffs, GST on food and beverages, and any other service taxes as per state-wise government regulations.
- Heavy electrical appliances such as geysers, heaters, and irons will remain disconnected when power backup is supplied through an inverter.
- Consumption of drugs and involvement in gambling are strictly prohibited within the property premises.
- All payments for goods and services must be made at the prevailing exchange rate of Indian currency.
- Any damage or loss caused to the property during the stay shall be the sole responsibility of the guest who made the booking. The host reserves the right to levy damage charges as deemed appropriate.
- In most destinations, heater usage is chargeable separately. Guests are requested to consult the respective host in advance if a heater is required, and applicable charges must be paid directly to the host.
