Trip Itinerary

Day1

Phuentsholing – Thimphu

Upon arrival at Jaigaon / Phuentsholing, guests will complete immigration formalities at the Bhutan border. After completing documentation, the journey continues towards Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. En route, enjoy scenic mountain views and lush valleys. Lunch will be taken on the way. Upon arrival in Thimphu, guests will check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at the Thimphu hotel.

Day2

Thimphu Sightseeing

After breakfast, guests will begin a full-day Thimphu sightseeing tour, covering: Buddha Dordenma (Buddha Point) – One of the largest Buddha statues in the world offering panoramic valley views; Takin Preserve – Home to Bhutan’s national animal; Tashichho Dzong (Thimphu Dzong Viewpoint) – The administrative and religious center of Bhutan; Simply Bhutan Museum – A living museum showcasing traditional Bhutanese lifestyle. Later, guests can explore the local market for handicrafts and souvenirs. Overnight stay at the Thimphu hotel.

Day3

Thimphu – Paro

After breakfast, guests will travel to Paro, one of Bhutan’s most scenic valleys. En route, enjoy picturesque mountain landscapes and river valleys. Sightseeing includes: Paro Dzong (Rinpung Dzong) – A magnificent fortress-monastery overlooking the Paro River; Ta Dzong (National Museum) – A former watchtower now housing Bhutanese artifacts; Tamchog (Tamcho) Lhakhang View Point – Known for its iron bridge and spiritual importance; Riverside exploration for scenic photography and relaxation. After sightseeing, guests will check in at the Paro hotel for an overnight stay.

Day4

Paro Sightseeing

After breakfast, guests may choose one of the following experiences: Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang Monastery) – A guided trek to Bhutan’s most iconic landmark perched on a cliff (approx. 5–6 hours round trip) OR Chele La Pass – One of the highest motorable passes in Bhutan, offering stunning panoramic views of the Himalayan range. After completing sightseeing, guests return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Paro.

Day5

Paro – Phuentsholing

After an early breakfast, guests will check out from the hotel and drive back to Phuentsholing, marking the end of a memorable Bhutan journey filled with culture, nature, and spiritual experiences.
