Trip Itinerary

Day1

Phuentsholing – Thimphu

Upon arrival at Jaigaon, guests will complete the immigration formalities at the Bhutan border and then proceed towards Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. The scenic drive takes you through lush valleys and winding mountain roads. En route, guests will enjoy beautiful landscapes and stop for lunch. On arrival in Thimphu, check in at the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at the Thimphu hotel.

Day2

Thimphu – Punakha

After breakfast, guests will begin their sightseeing tour of Thimphu. The day starts with a visit to the majestic Buddha Dordenma (Buddha Point), offering panoramic views of the valley. This is followed by a visit to the Thimphu Park area. Later, the journey continues towards Punakha, driving through the scenic Dochula Pass, famous for its 108 chortens and Himalayan views. Upon reaching Punakha, guests will visit the grand Punakha Dzong, located at the confluence of two rivers, followed by a walk across the beautiful Suspension Bridge. Guests may also enjoy a short walk to Chimi Lhakhang, the Fertility Temple. Overnight stay at the Punakha hotel.

Day3

Punakha – Paro

After breakfast, guests will travel to Paro, one of Bhutan’s most scenic valleys. En route, they will visit Paro Dzong (Rinpung Dzong), a magnificent fortress monastery overlooking the Paro River. This is followed by a visit to Ta Dzong (National Museum), which houses a rich collection of Bhutanese artifacts. Guests will also stop at Tamchog Lhakhang (Iron Bridge Temple) and enjoy a peaceful riverside experience. After sightseeing, check in at the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at the Paro hotel.

Day4

Paro Sightseeing

After breakfast, guests may choose between two wonderful experiences. They can either undertake the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang) Trek, one of Bhutan’s most sacred and breathtaking landmarks, or opt for a visit to Chele La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in Bhutan, offering stunning Himalayan views. After the excursion, guests return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Paro.

Day5

Paro – Phuentsholing

After an early breakfast, guests will check out from the hotel and begin their return journey to Phuentsholing, concluding a memorable Bhutan experience filled with culture, nature, and spiritual beauty.
